Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days.

 

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date the contract is made. 

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (name, address, email address) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration, for example by email.

Early start of lessons

Upon request, lessons may begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

 

By confirming a lesson date, you agree that lessons will begin before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, any payments already made will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

 

If, at your request, lessons begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must pay on a pro rata basis for any lessons already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
